A reputable construction company, specializing in building envelope solutions, is seeking a Project Coordinator. The role involves managing project lifecycles, coordinating with vendors and suppliers, and ensuring effective communication among stakeholders. Candidates must hold a Diploma and have proven experience within the Singapore construction sector to apply.
Salary Range: $3,000 - $4,000 per month
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM
Rest Days: 6 days per month

Key Responsibilities:
Project Coordination: Oversee and drive the entire project lifecycle from initiation to completion.
Vendor & Subcontractor Management: Coordinate and manage relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.
Documentation & Communication: Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure timely information flow to all stakeholders.
Site Support: Provide necessary coordination and administrative support at project sites.
Risk Management: Proactively identify potential project risks and issues.
Requirements:
Diploma qualification.
Able to communicate effectively in basic English.
Mandatory: Proven experience as a Project Coordinator within the Singapore construction industry.
Proficient in using project management software, especially Microsoft Project.
Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Positive work attitude and reliability.
