A healthcare recruitment company in Singapore seeks a Clinical Physiotherapist to provide assessments, develop treatment plans, and educate patients. Clinical Care & Therapy Provision
Conduct physiotherapy assessments to evaluate functional mobility, transfers, and ambulation capability
Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans, tailored to patient goals
Provide therapy interventions including manual therapy, electrotherapy modalities, gait training, balance/postural training, respiratory techniques, and assistive device prescription
Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, safety, and home management strategies
Monitor patient progress and update treatment plans accordingly
Multidisciplinary Collaboration & Supervision
Participate in patient case discussions and coordinate discharge planning with multidisciplinary teams
Liaise with allied health professionals, nurses, physicians, and community partners for holistic care coordination
Supervise therapy assistants and support students on placement in provision of therapy services
Administrative & Quality Assurance
Maintain accurate and timely patient records and daily statistics
Perform periodic checks on physiotherapy equipment; propose replacements or requisitions as necessary
Support quality improvement initiatives, policy reviews, and protocol standardisation
Take on leadership roles when required, such as outpatient service coordination or therapy aide supervision
Professional Practice & Development
Adhere to ethical, legal, and culturally sensitive practice in line with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC) standards
Engage continuously in professional development through trainings, department meetings, and in-service sessions
Ensure compliance with Health & Safety policies and participate in training (e.g., CPR, manual handling, infection control
Working Hours
Mon-Fri: 8.30am - 5.45pm & 1 sat every 4 weeks: 8.30pm - 12.30pm
