• The MUST HAVES will be sales support person and in shipping industry.
• Good to have Power BI skills

Job Details:

• Driving sales through remote interactions, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets via phone, email, and digital platforms.
• Inbound/outbound inquiries, lead conversion, and collaboration with internal teams to enhance revenue growth. Handling 80% of our customers that drive 20% of our volume.
• Respond to inbound inquiries and conduct outbound calls to prospects.
• Build lasting relationships through personalized communication.
• Quotation, Negotiate rates with internal and external stakeholders, close sales
• Follow up on leads, maintain a robust sales pipeline, and track progress in CRM.
• Meeting weekly / monthly target

Requirement:

• Min Diploma with at least 3 years of relevant working experience or Degree with 1 years of relevant working experience in sales and shipping industry
