Responsibilities

• Overall maintenance of building and facilities including soft services.
• Preparation and execution of engineering services contracts.
• Budget preparation, tracking and control.
• Supervise contractors for preventive maintenance.
• Raise PO/WO for vendors and contractors.
• Perform other assigned duties.

Job description

• Responsible for the overall day to day building and facility maintenance such as cleaning, security, CCTV System, Landscape etc (Soft services)
• Preparation and execution of engineering services term contracts.
• Budget preparation, tracking and control.
• Supervision of contractors and ensure proper preventive maintenance measures are in place.
• Raise PO/WO for vendors and contractors.
• Other adhoc duties as assigned.
