A leading company in the pharmaceutical industry seeks a dedicated Sales Executive to enhance client relationships and exceed sales goals. This role involves strategic engagement with healthcare professionals, attending industry events, and collaborating with marketing teams. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant sales experience.
Responsibilities
Proactively engage with healthcare professionals and decision-makers to promote and sell pharmaceutical products
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying new sales opportunities
Attend industry events and conferences to network, gather market intelligence and identify potential leads
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and promotional materials
Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through effective customer engagement and closing deals
Provide timely and accurate sales reporting to management
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge and competitor activities
Ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Life Science, Business Administration, Sales & Marketing or equivalent in a relevant field
Minimum 2 - 3 years of proven sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably with experience dealing with healthcare professionals
Strong understanding of the healthcare sector, including regulations, market dynamics and customer needs
Candidate who possess own transport will be an added advantage (transport allowances will be given)
