Job Responsibilities:

Service Crew

• Prepare the store (front-of-house and back-of-house) for business operations.

• Assist to run Shift and to ensure the following practices are carried out in your store.

• Performing station functions in Service/Kitchen area.

• Handle cleaning of dining and kitchen area.

• Carry out stewarding duties.

• Perform cashiering duties.

Kitchen Helper

• Proficient in frying and basic stir-frying techniques.

• Carving and portioning roasted or braised duck according to restaurant standards.

• Ensures proper maintenance of kitchen equipment and upholds safety standards.

• Prioritizes efficiency and cost-effective practices in food preparation.

• Prepares fried dishes and sauces according to requirements.
