Responsibilities:

HR Strategy & Leadership:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

  • Provide strategic guidance to senior management on HR best practices and policies.

  • Foster a positive work environment that supports employee engagement and performance.

Talent Acquisition & Management:

  • Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.

  • Develop and maintain effective workforce planning strategies.

  • Implement talent retention and career development programs.

Employee Relations & Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies across all business units.

  • Address employee concerns and mediate workplace conflicts when necessary.

  • Promote a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Performance Management & Training:

  • Develop and oversee performance appraisal systems.

  • Identify training needs and implement learning and development programs.

  • Encourage continuous professional development and upskilling initiatives.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Oversee payroll, compensation, and benefits administration.

  • Benchmark compensation practices to remain competitive in the industry.

  • Ensure employee benefits programs meet company objectives and legal requirements.

HR Operations & Technology:

  • Implement HR management systems and optimize HR operational processes.

  • Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.

  • Utilize HR analytics to drive data-informed decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Minimum of 5-10 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.

  • Experience in one or two industries such as investment, software development, mining, and consultancy is an advantage.

  • Good knowledge of labor laws, compliance regulations, and HR best practices.

  • Ability to manage multiple business units with diverse HR needs.

  • Proficiency in HRMS and digital HR tools.
