Job description

HR/Admin Assistant (General)
  • Location: Jurong (Penjuru)
  • Salary: $2,400 - $2,600
  • Working days: Monday - Friday
  • Working hours: 8:30am - 5.30pm

Job Requirements:
  • ITE Nitec / Higher Nitec / HR Related Diploma
  • 1-2 years working experience as a Generalist role
  • Familiar with MS Office (Word, Excel)
  • Able to commit till end of Aug 2025

Responsibilities:
  • Provide support to daily HR and administrative functions and duties
  • Maintain employee's leave and attendance records
  • Administering employees' training & passes applications / renewals in a timely manner and accurate updated records are kept
  • Assist in full recruitment process: Interviews, onboarding & offboarding
  • Prepare, maintain accurate employees' personal records with regular updating
  • Assist in Work pass applications & renewals in a timely manner
  • Prepare employees' letters where required.
  • Responsible for ordering stationeries, making of name cards, refreshment
  • Preparing of access cards for new employees
  • Assist in preparing document for audit purposes
  • Any other ad-hoc task assigned
