Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough inspections and testing of electrical and electronic components and products throughout the manufacturing process.
Identify and troubleshoot any quality issues, implementing corrective actions to maintain production targets and quality standards.
Analyse quality data and generate reports to provide feedback and recommendations for process improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality concerns and ensure seamless production.
Maintain detailed records and documentation related to quality control procedures and results.
Stay up-to-date with industry standards, regulations, and best practices in quality assurance.
Requirements:
Nitec and Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Quality Technician or in a similar quality control role within the electrical/electronics manufacturing industry.
Strong technical knowledge and understanding of electrical and electronic components, testing methodologies, and quality control processes.
Proficiency in using quality control tools and equipment, such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and calibration devices.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve quality issues.
Attention to detail, with the ability to work accurately and meticulously.
Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
