Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain licensing documentation and contracts.
• Monitor and respond to licensing enquiries via email.

Job description

Location: Shenton Way

Salary: Up to $4,500/month (Based on Experience)

Work Hours: Mon–Fri, 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the certification sticker process:
  Process orders and deliveries
  Track inventory levels
  Prepare and submit monthly reports
• Liaise with licensees, agents, and warehouse partners for sticker packing and logistics
• Maintain and update user accounts and access in the FlowHaven licensing platform
• Assist in verifying royalty reports and upload them into the system
• Guide licensees in submitting accurate royalty reports and provide onboarding support
• Organize and maintain contract files and licensing documentation
• Monitor and respond to general licensing enquiries via email
• Support colleagues during leave periods, including updating the Global Deals Tracker

Requirements:

• 1 to 3 years of experience in licensing, supply chain, logistics, import/export or related operational roles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with partners and internal teams
• High attention to detail and accuracy in data tracking and reporting
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with licensing systems such as FlowHaven is an advantage (training will be provided if needed)
