About the Role
We are seeking a Business Support Executive (BSE) to join our Logistics & Engineering team. This role is vital in managing and nurturing client relationships across multiple industries while providing critical business support to internal teams. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and capable of handling multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with new and existing clients.
Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, addressing concerns with a proactive approach.
Ensure high client satisfaction through regular engagement and follow-ups.
Manage contract renewals and ensure service agreements are upheld.
Maintain proper documentation of client interactions, agreements, and service records.
Business & Operational Support
Support Business Development & Talent Acquisition teams by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions.
Identify business growth opportunities by expanding the company’s client portfolio.
Assist in workload management by stepping in during the hiring manager’s leave.
Handle multiple priorities, ensuring seamless operations across business functions.
Regulatory Compliance & Industry Knowledge
Stay updated on Ministry of Manpower (MOM) guidelines and employment regulations.
Ensure compliance with industry best practices and government requirements.
Provide advisory support to clients on employment compliance matters.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field.
1-2 years of experience in HR, operations, business development, or client management.
Strong knowledge of MOM regulations and employment laws.
Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in fast-paced environments.
Strong problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach.
Meticulous and able to manage multiple stakeholders.
