A renowned local bakery in Singapore seeks a Service & Bar Associate / Lead to ensure exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include greeting customers, preparing beverages and food, and maintaining workplace standards, all within a cozy, community-focused environment. Candidates should possess over two years of relevant experience, particularly in F&B or retail.
Service & Bar Associate / Lead
We are a popular local bakery in Singapore known for its handmade cupcakes, cakes, and baked goods. Started in 2011, it focuses on using simple, quality ingredients without artificial additives. We several cozy outlets across Singapore and is loved for its warm, homely feel and classic treats.
Working locations: Tiong Bahru, Cluny Court, Telok Ayer, Neil Road, ION Orchard and East Coast.
Up till $3000 basic + variable bonus
5/6/5/6 days alternating work week. Eg: First week 5 working days, second week 6 working days. It will include weekends and public holidays.
Give off in lieu for working on Public Holidays
8 or 10 hours shift based on roster. Earliest shift starts at 7am and last shift finishes at 7.30pm.
The Responsibilities:
Greet and interact with customers.
Provide high quality of customer service to customers meeting the required service standards.
Prepare coffee-based beverages, teas and food according to PV’s unique recipes and procedures.
Serve foods and beverages to customers.
Have full knowledge of the menu to recommend specific items to customers.
Follow SOP on food & beverage preparation and order system.
Performing cashiering duties.
Ensure that work stations are set up before the shift commences.
Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of work areas.
Ensure sufficient stocks for daily operations.
Minimise wastage and spoilage of food ingredients.
Any other duties that may be assigned.
The Requirements:
More than 2 years of work experience in F&B or retail industries. Otherwise, relevant service experience in customer-facing industries, ideally in establishments similar.
Possess the following skills: Coffee making, Certain knowledge in Bakery and Brunch.
Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
