Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.

  • Support staff pre-boarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for employees.

  • Maintain and update HR policies and procedures in compliance with employment laws and regulations.

  • Provide support in employee relations and assist with conflict resolution.

  • Prepare HR reports and presentations using MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Manage HR information systems and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.

  • Assist in organizing training and development programs for employees.

  • Stay updated on HR best practices and legal requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent.

  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, policies, and relevant employment laws and regulations.

  • Proficient in MS Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Experience with HR information systems is an advantage.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
