Urgent! - Hair Transplant Technician - Pune

As an OT Technician at our Pune Clinic, you will play a crucial role in the complete management of the Operating Theatre. Your responsibilities will include ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, fumigation, autoclave maintenance, and proper trolley arrangement for pre and post-surgery procedures. You will also assist in-house doctors and surgeons during surgeries, executing delegated tasks judiciously.Additionally, you will be responsible for managing medical inventory by keeping track of items consumed during surgeries and procedures. It will be your duty to inform and update the Centre Manager to enter this information into the system accurately.Assisting patients before, during, and after surgery is a key aspect of your role. You will be required to execute surgical procedures as per advice and standard operating procedures. Drawing blood from patients as needed and training OT staff, both new and existing across locations, will also be part of your responsibilities.During surgeries, your presence will be essential from start to finish. In case a surgery extends beyond working hours, you will be expected to stay until the procedure is completed. You should be capable of handling a case of 4000 grafts per day and implanting grafts with specified density and in the prescribed pattern.Maintaining flawless post-surgery reports, coordinating with the Head Office, and demonstrating knowledge of anesthesia and emergency patient care are vital aspects of the role. You must be able to work under stress, handle medical equipment proficiently, and possess a sound understanding of medical terminologies, clinical practices, and protocols.Your ability to handle different patient types, lead by example, work effectively in a team, and maintain high work standards with a strong sense of ownership and integrity will be essential for success in this position.This is a full-time job with benefits including leave encashment and paid sick time. The work schedule is during the day shift and morning shift. The job requires in-person work at our clinic in Pimple Saudagar, Pune, Maharashtra.
