Job summary

TRUST RECRUIT Pte Ltd is hiring a full-stack developer in Singapore for a hybrid role at a central location. You will develop and maintain full-stack applications using ReactJS with TypeScript for the frontend and Python frameworks (Django/FastAPI) for the backend, with an emphasis on AI-driven workflows.

You will build modules, collaborate with data scientists and engineers, contribute to CI/CD pipelines with GitLab, and implement automated tests while helping shape robust software architecture

Qualifications

• Experience in development teams and with CI/CD tools.
• Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript front-end (ReactJS/AngularJS).
• Proficient in Python web frameworks (Django, Flask) or FastAPI.
• Experience with DevOps automation for containerized apps (GitLab, Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of software architecture and distributed systems.
• Experience with AI/data analytics integration.
• Familiarity with OpenTelemetry observability.
• Awareness of Govt ICT/SS Management (IM8) policies.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain full-stack applications using ReactJS with TypeScript for frontend and Python frameworks (e.g. Django/FastAPI) for backend
• Build and enhance modules for our data-intensive system with complex AI-powered workflows
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Gitlab
• Develop automated testing scripts and quality assurance frameworks
• Collaborate closely with team members and provide technical insights and feedback
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical architecture decisions

Requirements:

• Experience working in a development team and with CI/CD tools (e.g., Git)
• Proficiency with JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks (e.g., ReactJS, AngularJS) to develop customised front-end components
• Proficiency with Python web frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask, etc.) or back-end frameworks (e.g. FastAPI) with preference for Django
• Understanding of DevOps principles and proficiency with automation of software testing and deployment processes for containerized applications using common DevOps tooling (e.g., Gitlab, Docker, Kubernetes)
• Understanding of software architecture principles, system design, and building resilient distributed systems
• Experience making technical decisions that balance performance, maintainability, and business requirements
• Experience with developing application software components (e.g. front-end, back-end) of customised digital solutions that involve a substantial integration of AI and data analytics, including working in multi-disciplinary teams including data scientists and data engineers
• Experience with observability and monitoring tools (e.g: OpenTelemetry)
• Familiarity with Govt ICT&SS Management (IM8) policies, and how to work with it
