Main Responsibilities

• Review of annual report and financial statements

• Perform casting and review checks on the financial statement.

• Perform review and check on the narratives within the financial statement.

• Review of XBRL documents before submission.

• Review of the report as provided by typeset before its publication on SGX.

• Review and approval of Journal Vouchers.

• Perform work done on Sustainability Report:

  • Gathering of information from various departments for the purpose of drafting the content of the report.

  • Performance of research and execution of initiative for the purpose of building content for the report.

  • Review of the report as provided by typeset.

• Review and approval of bank reconciliation.

• Review and approval of goods return procedure.

• Review and approval of sales order.

• Monitor and track credit limit of customers.

• Review and approval of credit card usage process.

• Review and approval of refund process.

• Assisting in the implementation of the Odes ERP system:

  • Assist with UAT training and feedback collection process.

• Implementation of expense management system.

• Coordinating with corporate secretary on the CEO’s signing of resolutions.

• Sub-administrator for CORPPASS account – managing users and access to users.

• Corporate Social Responsibility:

  • Researching and identifying relevant organisations to engage in CSR events.

  • Establishing relationship and liaising with the selected organisation on the details to the actual event.

• Perform any ad hoc requests by the Directors, CEOs, and the finance department.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or ACCA.

• Experience in leadership.
