Main Responsibilities

1. Financial and Reporting Review

• Review of annual report and financial statements, including casting and review checks
• Review and check narratives within financial statements
• Review of XBRL documents before submission
• Review of reports prior to SGX publication

• Review and approval of Journal Vouchers

1. Sustainability Report

• Gather information from departments for report drafting
• Research and develop content for the report
• Review of the final report before publication

• Review and approval of bank reconciliations

1. Subsidiaries

• Review of financial statements
• Review and approval of bank reconciliations
• Review and approval of Journal Vouchers

1. Operational and Compliance Tasks

• Review and approval of goods return procedures and sales orders
• Monitor and track customer credit limits
• Review and approve credit card usage and refund processes

• Assist in ERP system implementation, including UAT training and feedback

• Implement expense management system
• Coordinate with corporate secretary on resolutions signing
• Manage CORPPASS user access

Corporate Social Responsibility

• Identify and liaise with organizations for CSR events

Additional Responsibilities

• Perform ad hoc requests from Directors, CEOs, and finance department

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or ACCA qualification
• Leadership experience
