A leading recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a Project Coordinator to assist in developing and managing project schedules and resources. The ideal candidate will have a diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering and experience in supervising construction teams. This role offers a basic salary along with additional incentives such as profit sharing and project bonuses.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Assist the Project Manager in developing and managing project schedules, budgets and resources.
• Coordinate with architects and contractors to ensure project success.
• Review project plans, specifications, and contracts.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental requirements.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustment as necessary
• Communicate project status to Project Manager
• Manage project risks and identify opportunities for improvement
• Provide technical support to project team members
• Ensure quality control and quality assurance for all project deliverables
• Attend project meetings and facilitate communication among team members.
• Any other ad-hoc projects assigned from time to time
Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Office
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and regulations
• Experience in managing and supervising construction teams
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
