Responsibilities:
Attend to customers' enquiries, order updates or shipment update.
Prepare sales quotation and process customers orders.
Ensure on time shipment delivery and improve customer satisfaction.
Work with freight forwarders on shipment coordination and delivery arrangement.
Ensure material and inventory level kept at a healthy level to fulfill customers' orders.
Calculate and prepare raw material summaries for delivery.
Work closely with suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
Propose and identify process improvement measures.
Prepare weekly reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Degree or Diploma in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
At least 3 - 5 years of customer service or order processing experience, preferably from chemical/ manufacturing industry.
Experience in using SAP system will be an added advantage.
