URGENT: Customer Service Executive (Order Processing & Fulfillment)

Responsibilities:

• Attend to customers' enquiries, order updates or shipment update.

• Prepare sales quotation and process customers orders.

• Ensure on time shipment delivery and improve customer satisfaction.

• Work with freight forwarders on shipment coordination and delivery arrangement.

• Ensure material and inventory level kept at a healthy level to fulfill customers' orders.

• Calculate and prepare raw material summaries for delivery.

• Work closely with suppliers to ensure smooth operations.

• Propose and identify process improvement measures.

• Prepare weekly reports for internal and external stakeholders.

• Ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management or equivalent.

• At least 3 - 5 years of customer service or order processing experience, preferably from chemical/ manufacturing industry.

• Experience in using SAP system will be an added advantage.
