Responsibilities & Duties
- Be a key member of the customer acquisition team to onboard new parents to the company's community.
- Share the company's vision and recommend suitable coding programs for learners.
- Support customer success initiatives such as special programmes, competitions, or community events like fireside chats to enhance customer engagement.
- Maintain customer relationships and foster a strong community around the company.
- Act as a parent advocate and manage relationships with them.
- Organize lead generation events with partners like Parent Sharings and trial classes, ensuring payment collection for classes.
- Collaborate with the teaching team to assess learners and follow up with parents for conversions.
- Handle administrative duties such as sending onboarding emails, data entry, and research.
- Ensure all customer information is accurately documented and updated in the CRM system.
- Manage relationships within the company's community, tracking learner progress and maintaining parent relationships.

- Meticulous, independent, with good time management skills to complete projects on time.

- Teachers or tutors with a customer-service orientation are encouraged to apply; training will be provided.
Additional (Good-to-Have!)
- A passion for learning and expanding knowledge in Computer Science and/or Engineering.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, open-mindedness, and adaptability.
- Interest in shaping the next generation's skills with digital literacy; prior teaching or training experience is a plus.
Location: SingPost at PLQ, Tampines Hub, or Punggol One
Company background: Learning in Coding / Robotics for primary and secondary school students.
Working hours: 9 am to 6 pm, 5 days a week (Wednesday to Sunday), public holidays off.
Salary: $2800 to $3500 per month + quarterly/annual bonus
