Job summary

WORQ PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior Staff Nurse to join our 24-Hour Urgent Care Centre in Singapore.

You will provide advanced clinical care, lead on-shift operations, and support junior nurses while upholding patient safety and service excellence. Responsibilities include coordinating care delivery, supervising staff, overseeing billing documentation, and ensuring infection control and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree (Diploma or BSc) from a recognized institution.
• Current SNB registration with practising certificate and valid BCLS.
• Minimum 5–7 years of clinical nursing experience; 2–3 years in senior/supervisory role.
• ACLS and emergency nursing certifications (ENCC/ATNCC) advantageous.
• Proven ability to manage high-acuity patients and lead emergency response.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and communication skills.
• Willing to work rotating shifts, nights, weekends, and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced nursing care for moderate-to-high acuity patients and perform rapid assessments.
• Coordinate shift workflow, staff deployment, and patient allocation.
• Oversee billing-related documentation and accuracy of nursing records.
• Ensure medication stock control and infection prevention compliance.
• Monitor clinical protocols, participate in incident investigations, and lead quality initiatives.
• Engage patients and families with empathetic communication and discharge planning.
