WORQ Coworking Space in Singapore is seeking a Senior Staff Nurse for our 24-Hour Urgent Care Centre. The role provides advanced clinical care, leads on shift, coordinates care delivery, and ensures patient safety and service excellence.

You will supervise junior nurses, oversee billing and documentation, manage infection control, participate in quality improvement, and engage with patients and families. Requires 5–7 years of clinical nursing, SNB registration, BCLS, ACLS preferred, and

• Diploma in Nursing or BSc in Nursing from a recognized institution.
• Current SNB registration with a valid practising certificate and BCLS.
• 5–7 years of clinical nursing experience; 2–3 years in senior/supervisory roles with leadership.
• ACLS certification and emergency/urgent care certifications (advantage).
• Proven ability to manage high-acuity patients and lead emergency response.
• Strong knowledge of patient flow, escalation, and acute care coordination.

Responsabilidades

• Advanced clinical care & emergency leadership during shifts.
• Coordinate shift workflow, staff deployment, and patient allocation; supervise staff.
• Oversee billing/documentation accuracy and coordinate with admin/finance.
• Oversee medication/consumables inventory and infection control compliance.
• Monitor clinical governance, quality improvement, and audit readiness.
• Engage with patients and families; support discharge planning and education.
