Responsibilities

• Release Purchase Orders (POs) and Request for Quotations (RFQs) based on MRP requirements.

• Coordinate with local and overseas suppliers on procurement issues and track shipment status.

• Oversee procurement, logistics, and production planning to ensure timely and efficient operations.

• Ensure cost-effective purchasing while maintaining quality and timely delivery.

• Source and evaluate potential suppliers through market research and performance assessments.

• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and lead times to support production schedules and cost targets.

• Maintain optimal warehouse stock levels to support continuous production flow.

Requirements

• Candidate with Degree in Business, Purchasing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.

• At least 2 years of relevant purchasing experience, ideally within the MNC manufacturing industry.

• Proficiency in SAP, ORACLE, SYSPRO, BAAN, or other related MRP/ERP systems is an advantage.
