Responsibilities:

  • Participate in identifying corporate sales planning and strategies.

  • Conduct marketplace intelligence and research.

  • Identify and enlarge targeted customer base and industry.

  • Promote service offerings to customers and prospects.

  • Develop pricing and business models based on customer needs.

  • Prepare and submit proposals to customers.

  • Respond and follow-up on customers’ enquiries and requests.

  • Communicate customer expectations internally and with vendors.

  • Provide timely and accurate information on industry or customers’ intelligence.

  • Collate and submit sales reports and analysis.

  • Develop strong customer relationships through regular visits or timely response to their queries.

  • Responsible for hunting new customers and growth areas.

  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Sales or any other discipline relevant to the supply chain or logistics industry.

  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in logistics or supply chain.

  • Good presentation and communication skills.
