A leading company in building materials is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager. This role involves fostering relationships with designers and contractors, driving sales growth, and leading a team to achieve targets. Candidates should have at least 5 years of sales experience, with a proven track record in a similar field and a willingness to travel. The remuneration is competitive, starting at $4,000 per month, with additional benefits including health insurance and employee discounts.
Key Responsibilities:
Strong relationship with interior designers, showroom owners, carpenters, contractors and other stakeholders.
Hunt for new sales opportunities by networking and cold calling to open new customer accounts.
Engaging product presentations to promote Greenlam products to both new and existing customers to meet sales targets.
Lead and guide a team of Sales Executives to achieve team sales targets.
Who we are looking for:
At least 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in building materials or surfacing products.
Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Great at building and keeping strong relationships with interior designers, showroom owners, carpenters, contractors and other stakeholders.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Self-driven, target-focused, and a strong team player.
The remuneration package will depend on the individual's experience.
