Job description

Assistant Facilities Manager / Facilities Manager

$4.5K - $6K a month

Location: Island-wide, will be shared during interview

Full–time/ 5.5 Work Days week

Job Descriptions

  • Plan, supervise and manage as a whole for facilities maintenance services, schedules, improvement works for effective and efficient maintenance operations.

  • Ensure the team and external contractors/vendors comply with ISO standards and regulations.

  • Coordinate and direct all administration of M&E works by liaising closely with both internal and external stakeholders

  • Monitor building’s system breakdown, defects and shutdowns.

  • Conduct regular inspection.

  • Recommend and implement improvement works if needed, at client’s premises to meet high service standards and facilitate / maintain good working relationship with client.

  • Need to do quotation.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience in Facility management

  • Minimum Diploma / Degree in Facilities Maintenance and or Engineering or equivalent in recognised institution.
