We are seeking a resourceful and detail-oriented Administrator to provide essential support in office administration. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in dynamic environments, receptive and adaptable to varied responsibilities, and take pride and initiative in ensuring smooth day-to-day workplace operations.

Job requirements:

Degree holders or Diploma holders should have at least 2 years of relevant experience in secretarial or office administration

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic administrative systems

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Meticulous, high sense of urgency, tactful / EQ

Familiarity with facilities management work will be an advantage.
