A leading company in Singapore is looking for an HR administrative support role. The successful candidate will manage HR tasks, assist with employee data, and maintain office purchasing and inventory. This role benefits from AWS and bonuses, with operational support for staff travel and receptionist coverage required.

Responsibilities:
Handle HR administrative tasks such as leave management, generating leave reports, arranging interviews (including setting up interview links), and assisting with company events like annual health screenings.
Maintain and update employee personal files (P-Files) and perform other related HR data entry duties.
Manage purchasing activities including the issuance of Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO).
Monitor and control inventory for office supplies, pantry items, and personal protective equipment (PPE).
Arrange flight bookings for office staff traveling for business purposes.
Provide front desk support by covering the receptionist role during her absence.
