Urgent! Accounts/Finance Manager ( SAP ERP implementation / SME )

• Must Experience in ERP (SAP) System Implementation

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform GL month-end closing and posting of journals such as provisions, accruals, deferrals, and reclassifications.

• Work closely with other team members to ensure all financials are reported correctly and on time.

• Prepare monthly reporting, cash forecast, and group reporting.

• Prepare monthly Balance Sheet reconciliation and investigate any unusual item.

• Ensure compliance to company policies and maintain strong internal controls.

• Prepare audit schedules and manage the entire audit process.

• Finalization of Financial Reports and ensure all statutory reporting are complied with, including statistical surveys.

• Tax compliance - GST, Withholding Tax, Corporate Tax, Transfer Pricing.

• Prepare corporate tax information for tax agent to complete tax computation and filing.

• Perform variance analysis and manage cost accruals/ provisions.

• Work closely with the FP&A team to assist in budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.

• Calculation of sales incentive and submit to HR for payroll submission.

• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and local government bureaus as required.

• Collaborating with internal departments to gather, analyze, and provide financial information/recommendations.

• Drive continuous process improvement, SOP, and ad-hoc projects such as new system implementation.

• Perform ad-hoc tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance or a related field

• Must full set experience in SME / sole contributor

• Experienced in ERP system (SAP) implementation.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an all-rounded accounting function

• Proficient in MS Office

• Attention to detail, as well as time management skills
