Job summary

A leading company in Singapore is seeking an experienced accounting professional to manage accounting transactions, prepare financial reports, and assist in budget preparation. Ideal candidates have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in accounting and should possess a diploma or degree in Accounting. Familiarity with SAP is an advantage and will help enhance the operational efficiency of the company.

• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience is required.
• Diploma or Degree in Accounting or equivalent is necessary.
• Experience with SAP will be an added advantage.

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Handle all accounting transactions of the company, and month end and year end closing

• Prepare monthly and yearly financial report and analysis.

• Prepare monthly cash flow projection, liaise with customers on debt recovery

• Prepare quarterly GST return

• Assist in the preparation of the company annual budget

• Administer SAPB1 system and assist in system integration and modification

• Liaise with tax agent on corporate income tax filing

• Liaise with corporate secretary on secretarial matters

• Provide relevant financial input to facilitate business operations and decision making

• Liaise with external auditors on statutory audit

• Cover office admin duties when necessary

• Implement and fine-tune internal control measures

• Assist in performing ad hoc internal audit of subsidiaries

• Any other duties as may be assigned

Requirements:

• Min 3 years of relevant work experience

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting or equivalent

• Candidates with SAP experience will have added advantage
