The ideal applicant will assist in creating urban design strategies and draft master plans for high-profile projects. Successful candidates will have a relevant degree, strong design skills, and proficiency in AutoCAD and Sketchup, with 1-3 years of experience preferred. Fresh graduates may also apply, and bilingual candidates will be favorably considered.

Job description

Responsibilities:

· Carry out design and drafting work for MORROW’s Urban Planning and Urban Design projects.

· Conduct research on relevant topics associated with urban systems, land use, population, etc.

· Develop urban design strategies, diagrams and technical studies

· Design of pre-concept and concept masterplan schemes for high-profile urban design projects

· Assist in the administration of business development by preparing pitching decks and researching tenders.

Requirements:

· Prefer Singapore Citizen and Singapore PR candidate

· Recognised Bachelor/Master degree in Urban Planning/Urban Design (preferable),Architecture and Landscape Architecture.

· Fluent in English. Being bilingual in a second language is a plus

· Possesses strong design skills, sense of responsibility, effective communication abilities, and well-suited for fast-paced design tasks

· Proficient in AutoCAD and Sketchup.

· Familiarity with Grasshopper/Rhino 3D is a plus.

· Good presentation and communication skills.

· Have Experience in Tender and Competition

· 1-3 years of relevant working experience

· Fresh graduates will also be considered
