Job summary

CTCI SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced site supervisor to oversee the construction and installation of Ultra-Pure Water, Process Water and Industrial Wastewater systems on site. You will supervise high-purity PVDF piping, pumps, RO/EDI units, UV sterilizers, and filtration skids, ensuring weld quality and cleanliness.

You will coordinate with process equipment and MEP services, review isometrics and P&IDs, monitor progress, and support handover and QA/QC activities for the project.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent technical qualification in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• At least 3 years of relevant high-purity piping, UPW, water treatment, MEP, or EPC construction experience.
• Safety certifications such as BCSS/SSSC are preferred (CSCPM, Confined Space Safety Assessor/Supervisor are a plus).
• English and Mandarin proficiency preferred for submittals and supervision.
• Ability to read piping isometrics, P&IDs, and layout specifications.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the construction and installation of UPW, Process Water, and Industrial Wastewater systems.
• Oversee high-purity piping, pumps, storage tanks, RO/EDI units, UV sterilizers, filtration skids, and valve manifolds.
• Verify weld quality, alignment, and cleanliness for PVDF welding methods.
• Coordinate piping installation with process equipment and MEP services.
• Review piping drawings, isometrics, P&IDs, specs, and method statements.
• Monitor piping supports, cleanliness, and storage procedures.
• Coordinate testing, flushing, passivation, sanitization, pre- and full commissioning.
• Monitor subcontractor performance and construction progress.
• Resolve site coordination and piping routing issues.
• Support system handover, QA/QC documentation, and close-out activities.
