Summary:
The Store Manager leads overall store operations, sales performance, and team management to deliver an exceptional customer experience. This role involves overseeing people development, achieving sales targets, optimizing store profitability, and ensuring compliance with company standards and policies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. People Management

  • Recruit, train, and retain store staff

  • Conduct performance reviews and coach for improvement

  • Develop career paths and manage staff scheduling

  • Foster a positive, motivated team culture

2. Sales & Operations

  • Drive daily sales and achieve KPIs

  • Monitor competitor activity and propose action plans

  • Analyze sales data and manage cost control

  • Handle customer service, CRM targets, and feedback resolution

3. Merchandising & Stock

  • Ensure visual merchandising and planogram compliance

  • Manage stock accuracy, shrinkage, and stockroom standards

  • Coordinate with Supply Chain on stock issues

4. Cash & Compliance

  • Enforce cash handling protocols and audit procedures

  • Disseminate internal communications and implement action items

  • Uphold operational policies and service standards

Requirements:
  • Min. 6 years’ retail/store management experience (3 in team leadership)

  • Background in retail, FMCG, or hospitality preferred

  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills

  • Passion for customer service and the retail industry

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
