Job description

Description:

  1. Grant Administration

  • Assist in managing grant applications and enquiries

  • Track projects and update master list

  • Assist in grant promotion through digital channels and events

  1. Online Publication Support

  • Maintain master list of scheduled articles and track submissions

  • Liaise with relevant parties to secure image copyrights

  • Coordinate with external writers and manage payments

  1. Programmes Support

  • Process bookings and billing for school and public engagement programmes

  • Coordinate digital game dissemination to schools

  • Assist in preparing materials for programme-related presentations at meetings

Requirements:

  • Diploma in arts management graduates and/or with education-related experiences.

  • Prior Experience in working with Schools or Museums with similar job scope will be preferred

  • Committed with good working attitude and resilience to produce the desired results.

Working Location and hours

  • Raffles City

  • Working Hours - 9am to 6pm
