Job description

Basic Salary: $3,000 - $3,500

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:15 am - 5:30 pm

Responsibilities:

1. Reconcile payments received and ensure they are properly posted in the accounts receivable ledger.
2. Prepare and consolidate customer statements.
3. Monitor and follow up on overdue or unpaid accounts.
4. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts receivable reports.
5. Assist with month-end closing activities.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting / Finance or above.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
• Only Singaporean citizens are eligible.
