We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Sales Associate to join our premium retail team. In this role, you will be the face of a luxury children’s fashion brand, delivering exceptional service and creating memorable shopping experiences for our clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Ambassador
Uphold brand values and standards in every customer interaction.
Provide an exceptional in-store experience while showcasing the latest collections.
Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients.
Sales Management
Guide clients in selecting products that meet their needs and provide styling advice.
Stay informed on product knowledge, promotions, and new arrivals.
Achieve and exceed individual sales targets.
Handle transactions accurately to ensure a seamless checkout experience.
Client Management
Develop strong relationships with customers and potential clients.
Maintain customer profiles to provide personalized recommendations.
Respond promptly to inquiries and ensure timely follow-up.
Business Monitoring
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales trends.
Provide feedback to optimize product offerings, promotions, and store performance.
Ensure store performance meets or exceeds brand standards.
Store Operations & Back Office Support
Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store aligned with brand standards.
Assist with inventory management, stock audits, transfers, and other operational functions.
Process returns, exchanges, and other administrative tasks efficiently.
Team Collaboration & Mentorship
Work closely with colleagues and management for smooth daily operations.
Mentor and support junior associates to maintain high customer service and sales standards.
