Cargo Coordinator

Location: Changi Airport (Deployment across terminals as assigned)

Basic Salary Range: $1,850 – $2,800/month (Based on experience and educational qualifications)

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and process cargo documentation for both incoming and outgoing shipments

• Coordinate with airlines, agents, and third-party logistics providers

• Collaborate with cargo handling teams to maintain operational flow

• Ensure all cargo is handled in accordance with company procedures and safety guidelines

• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisory personnel

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 3 GCE 'N' Level credits

• No prior experience required

• Willingness to work on rotating shifts, including weekends

• Strong communication and multitasking abilities

Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary: $1,850 – $2,800/month (commensurate with experience and qualifications)

• Diploma Holder: Minimum basic $2,650/Month

• Shift Allowance: Approximately $250/month

• Annual Wage Supplement (13th-month bonus)

• Variable Bonus: Up to 2 months’ salary based on performance

• Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 for the first year

• Transport Provided for shifts when public transport is unavailable

Working Hours

• Any 5-6 days/week (including weekends)

• Rotating shifts (24-hour operations): 8 to 10 hours per shift
