Job description

Job title: Management Assistant Officer

Working Hours: 8.30am to 6.00pm



The responsibilities of the job holder include but are not limited to the following:

  • Populate grant information from application forms to excel spreadsheet

  • Maintain the master lists and mailing lists for various grant schemes

  • Provide administrative support for grant calls and grant review sessions

  • Assist in grant data extraction from master lists / grant management system to facilitate data reporting and/or review presentations

  • Assist in application transfer (from application to project) in grant management system

  • Assist in drafting of email announcements using standard email templates

  • Provide administrative support for Grants Info on Website and Collaterals

  • Follow-up on yearly progress/final reporting.

Requirements:

  • Polytechnic Diploma in Business Practice (Business Management) preferred; GCE “A” Level or equivalent qualification.

  • At least 3 - 5 years’ experience in a relevant administrative/clerical position

  • Good oral and written English; good telephone etiquette.

  • Literacy in computer software (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Comfortable with using online system / IT system

  • Pays attention to details

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills

  • Dependable team player who can work independently to meet deadlines

  • Exercises initiative to complete tasks and projects assigned within timelines
