Job Description:

• Assist in warehouse operations
• Using Point-of-Sales system, processing orders and refund requests and attending to online enquiries
• Ordering, receiving and managing inventory and stocks
• Manage returns to vendors and from customers
• Process and transact online orders
• Coordinate with logistics providers for timely delivery arrangements
• Monitor sales and collate sales data

Job Requirement:

• Minimum commitment of 3 months
• Minimum diploma in any field
• OR N/O/A Levels/NITEC with experience is highly preferred
• Proficient with MS Office
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes
• Required to lift heavy items
