In this role, you will handle administrative tasks, support customer service, and ensure smooth operations in our F&B sector. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential. Training will be provided, and prior experience is an advantage.
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operational Assistant to join our dynamic team in the company. As an Operational Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Operations Manager and ensuring the smooth functioning of our F&B operation.
Your administrative skills, attention to detail, and passion for delivering exceptional customer service will contribute to our continued success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Comprehensive Administration Support To The Operations Manager And Team.
- Assist In Implementing and maintaining quality control to meet internal standards and regulatory requirements.
- Support customer service initiatives, including responding to customer inquiries and resolving complaints professionally.
- Coordinate and support the execution of delivery orders, ensuring accuracy and timelines.
- Help maintain cleanliness standards and coordinate basic maintenance tasks when required.
