Job summary

  • Providing frontline customer service and handling of any registrations, and appointments

  • Provide chaperone assistance to doctors/nurses
  • Attend to any requests, emails and phone enquiries
  • Collection of payments and basic admin duties

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum N/O/NITEC/A Levels or Diploma in any studies are encouraged to apply
  • Able to commit a minimum of 3 months
  • Willing to walk and stand for long hours
  • Experience in customer service preferred but not a must as training will be provided
  • Office hours, 5.5 days
  • Able to start immediately/on short notice
