Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an AI Security & Automation Lead to own the company’s AI strategy. You will develop internal tooling and client-facing services in AI governance, risk assessments, and red-teaming as part of a dedicated AI expert team.

You will drive automation across delivery, champion AI adoption, and stay ahead of security threats and regulatory changes to keep offerings competitive.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years in cybersecurity with hands-on experience applying AI/ML to security workflows.
• Familiarity with at least one AI governance framework (ISO/IEC 42001, NIST AI RMF, or EU AI Act).
• Practical experience with LLM application security concepts (prompt injection, data leakage, jailbreaks).
• Comfortable building and shipping automation/scripts/tooling, not just using off-the-shelf products.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy AI-assisted workflows for reconnaissance, threat prioritization, SOC triage, and report generation with human validation.
• Build and deliver AI Governance & Risk Assessment services aligned with ISO/IEC 42001, NIST RMF, and EU AI Act requirements.
• Design and run AI Red-Teaming for client LLM systems and AI agents, including prompt injection and data leakage scenarios.
• Act as the internal champion for AI adoption, providing hands-on enablement across the delivery team.
• Stay updated on AI security threats and regulations and translate them into practical firm capabilities and client offers.
• Partner with Head of Security Operations & Delivery to ensure automation reduces delivery time and error rate.

AI Security & Automation Lead

5 days, Mon - Fri 8.30am to 5.30pm

Salary: $6,000 to $8,000

Location: Kaki Bukit

Role Overview

This is a new and important role where you will be responsible for the company's overall AI strategy. You'll work in two main areas: first, using AI and automation to help the internal delivery team work faster and more efficiently; and second, creating new AI security services for clients, such as AI governance assessments and AI red-teaming. These services are not currently offered by the company. You'll be the dedicated AI expert in the organisation, rather than someone who is expected to handle AI work on top of their existing responsibilities.

Job scopes

• Internal tooling: Design and deploy AI-assisted workflows for reconnaissance, vulnerability prioritization, SOC alert triage/correlation, and draft report generation, with human validation built into every step.
• New service line - AI Governance & Risk Assessment: Build and deliver assessments against ISO/IEC 42001, the NIST AI Risk Management Framework, and EU AI Act risk-classification requirements for clients deploying AI systems.
• New service line - AI Red-Teaming: Design and run adversarial testing of client deployed LLM systems and AI agents - prompt injection, data leakage, jailbreak resistance, and agentic-workflow abuse cases.
• Act as the internal champion and trainer for AI adoption across the delivery team - running hands-on enablement, not just issuing directives.
• Stay current on the fast-moving AI security threat and regulatory landscape and translate it into practical firm capability and client-facing offers.
• Partner with the Head of Security Operations & Delivery to ensure automation actually reduces delivery time and error rate, not just adds tooling overhead.

Requirements

• 3-6 years in cybersecurity (pentesting, security engineering, or SOC), with substantial hands-on experience applying AI/ML or LLM tooling to security workflows.
• Working understanding of at least one AI governance framework (ISO/IEC 42001, NIST AI RMF, or EU AI Act) - or demonstrated ability to get there fast.
• Practical experience with LLM application security concepts (prompt injection, jailbreaks, RAG/data-leakage risks, agent security).
• Comfortable building and shipping automation/scripts/tooling, not just using off-the shelf products.
