Job summary

HRNET VENTURES PTE. LTD. is seeking a Manager - AI Security to serve as the organisation's technical authority on AI defense and secure deployment of GenAI and agentic systems in our Singapore operations.

You will own the AI security strategy, implement secure-by-design patterns, lead red-teaming, and report security posture to the Board, coordinating with GRC and Internal Audit to maintain a robust defensive posture across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Own the enterprise AI Security strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational risk posture and local regulatory frameworks (Cyber Security Act 2018, IMDA, MAS, EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, ISO 42001).
• Establish secure-by-design patterns across Generative AI, agentic systems, machine learning pipelines, and third-party AI tools.
• Act as the subject-matter expert for senior leadership and Board reporting, translating complex technical risk into actionable strategic insights.
• Design and deploy active controls including prompt injection mitigation, output filtering, sandboxing, and tool/credential scoping.
• Build specialized incident response playbooks to defend against AI-driven external threats (deepfake BEC, AI phishing, model abuse, and data exfiltration).
• Embed AI-aware detection capabilities directly into existing security operations pipelines.
• Lead internal and third-party AI red-teaming and adversarial testing initiatives to systematically expose and remediate vulnerabilities.
• Partner closely with Technology GRC, Internal Audit, and AI Assurance to maintain an airtight defensive posture across all business functions.

In this critical leadership position, you won't just react to threats; you will architect the safeguards that protect our enterprise against cutting-edge AI vulnerabilities (deepfakes, prompt injections, synthetic identity fraud) while enabling the secure adoption of internal AI copilots and agentic platforms.

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or a related field.
• Min 7-10 years in cybersecurity , with at least 3 years specifically dedicated to AI/ML security or MLSecOps .
• Proven track record securing production AI environments (GenAI, autonomous/agentic systems, or ML pipelines).
• Strong working knowledge of OWASP LLM Top 10, MITRE ATLAS, NIST AI RMF, and ISO/IEC 42001 .
• Preferred senior certifications such as CISSP, CISM , or equivalent.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to articulate technical risk to executive teams.
