About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Store Manager to lead an innovative retail concept at Jewel Changi Airport. This role calls for a strategic and entrepreneurial leader with a strong business acumen, capable of driving sales, optimising store operations, and leading a high-performing retail team. The ideal candidate will consistently deliver an exceptional customer experience within a high-end retail environment, upholding the brand's standards of excellence and sophistication.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and enhance overall store performance.

  • Identify opportunities for business growth, optimizing sales and profitability.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of high-performing sales associates.
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships, focusing on personalized service and customer loyalty.
  • Uphold luxury service standards, ensuring a seamless and memorable shopping experience.
  • Oversee store operations, including inventory control, visual merchandising, and compliance with company policies.
  • Monitor KPIs, analyze business performance, and implement action plans to maximize revenue.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador and embed brand storytelling into daily team interactions, training staff to communicate the purpose, heritage, and value behind products in a compelling way.
