Job description

We are looking for Store Managers for our client in the beauty industry.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with HR to recruit store team members

  • Monitor and manage employee turnover and absenteeism

  • Ensure smooth onboarding and training for new joiners

  • Partner with Training department on store training plans

  • Coordinate training schedules and follow up on completion

  • Support development of individual career paths for store team

  • Oversee daily store operations and drive sales & profitability

  • Ensure excellent customer service standards are met

  • Set and communicate daily KPIs during team briefings

  • Monitor hourly sales and take corrective actions if needed

  • Keep team informed of promotions, incentives, and brand initiatives

  • Ensure smooth execution of gift wrapping, product launches, and key campaigns

  • Lead by example—be hands-on with the team to achieve sales targets

Job Requirements:

  • At least 6 years of experience in store operations and sales management, including 3 years of team leadership and staff development

  • Experience in retail, FMCG or hospitality industry is preferred

  • Good analytical skills with an eye for detail

  • Proven leadership skills

  • Strong interpersonal communication skills

  • Service oriented with great passion for retail industry

  • Proficient in MS Office

Salary & Benefits:

  • up to $7000/Month in Basic (Depending on experience)
