About the Role:

We are looking for passionate and customer-focused Sales Associates (full time) to join our team for an innovative and brand driven retail store at Jewel. You'll be the face of the brand and an integral part of delivering next-level customer experience. You'll help bring a unique store concept to life through exceptional service, thoughtful storytelling, and a deep understanding of the products and values.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee daily store operations and ensure seamless customer experiences.
* Deliver exceptional customer service while upholding the brand's luxury image.
* Handle client inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
* Execute sales plans, marketing events, visual merchandise and promotional activities.
* Provide valuable customer insights and feedback to store management.
* Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

* Minimum 3 years of experience in high-end fashion, retail, or a similar role.
* Strong customer service skills with a passion for retail, design and storytelling
* Interest in fashion and appreciation for high-quality products.
* Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
* Team player with excellent communication skills and a pleasant demeanor.
* Basic computer skills.
