Job Details:

  • Location: East (Changi Airport)
  • Contract: 6 months (maternity cover)
  • Salary Range : UP $3,200

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute end-to-end mass hiring recruitment activities which includes selection of candidates, offer and documentation. Enable timely recruitment through setup and management of hiring schedule vis a vis target onboarding requirement. Develop and execute recruitment marketing activities for the attraction of applicants.
  • Guide and manage outsourced support staff on execution of select recruitment activities. Management, execution and facilitation of interview sessions.
  • Utilise Application Tracking System and related applications for management of candidate progress and status. Ensure accuracy of information captured.
  • Ensure timely update to internal stakeholders through regular communication which includes standard update platforms to leadership.
  • Ensure excellent candidate experience through timely communication and support. Ensure compliance with PDPA, legal, safety, and organizational standards.
  • Commercial Recruitment Plan and execute end-to-end recruitment activities for Commercial department, which includes selection of candidates, offer and documentation. Develop and execute recruitment marketing activities for the attraction of applicants. Facilitation and execution of interview sessions.
  • Utilise Application Tracking System and related applications for management of candidate progress and status. Ensure accuracy of information captured.
  • Ensure timely update to internal stakeholders through regular communication. Ensure excellent candidate experience through timely communication and support.
