We are looking for an IT Support Desk for our clients.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the construction, testing, installation, operations & facility management of client platforms.
2. Perform troubleshooting for client platform-related problems.
3. Respond promptly to incidents, investigate, and provide temporary and/or permanent resolutions. Provide timely status updates to relevant parties.
4. Perform service requests related to client platforms.
5. Participate in client platform implementation/upgrade projects.
6. Manage client platform implementation/upgrade projects.

Job Requirements:

1. Monday - Friday commitment.
2. Office hours.
3. May require OT / activations.
4. Able to commit for 1 year.

Location: Bukit Merah Area

Salary & Other Allowances:

• Up to $2650/month
• Transport Allowance (Site to Site)
• $50 Standby Phone Allowance
• Completion Bonus of 1 Month
• Annual Leave (AL) + Medical Leave (ML)
