Job summary

TALENTSIS PTE. LTD. is seeking a software engineer to design, develop, integrate and maintain software and systems for defence applications in Singapore.

You will apply engineering principles to troubleshoot complex issues, collaborate with systems engineers, PMs and QA teams, and support the full software lifecycle from requirements through maintenance. You should be proficient in Unreal Engine, C++, and Blueprint Scripting with at least 1 year in game development or real-time simulation.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Unreal Engine, C++, and Blueprint Scripting.
• At least 1 year of experience in game development or real-time simulation.
• Knowledge of Unity, C#, and SQL is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and effectively in a team.
• Strong commitment to quality, security, and engineering excellence.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, integrate, and maintain software and systems to meet requirements and operational needs.
• Apply engineering principles to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in Defence Systems.
• Collaborate with systems engineers, project managers, and QA teams to deliver projects on time and within scope.
• Support the full software development lifecycle, including requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Drive continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with quality, safety, security, and Defence industry standards.
• Maintain clear and comprehensive technical documentation.
