Job description

Working Hours: 8.30am-6pm (Mon-Thu); 8.30am-5.30pm (Fri)

Job Scope:

  • Support and project manage programme administration of the undergraduate, postgraduate degrees and other educational initiatives.

    • Programme administration/logistics including class scheduling, module registration and examination matters

    • Programme quality assurance for curriculum content improvement and brand equity

  • Support the curriculum administration, operations, marketing and outreach activities

  • Support and work with all the faculty course owners on curriculum content to develop instructional and assessment materials

Requirements:

  • Recognised university degree with at least 4 years of relevant work experience in institutes of higher learning

  • ACTA or DACE certification is advantageous

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

  • Copywriting experience with strong written and oral communication skills

  • Meticulous, self-initiated, well-organised and able to work independently or in a team

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with all levels of staff as well as students

  • Positive attitude and able to multi-task and work under pressure and tight deadlines
